“The concerns respecting the Father’s use of drugs meets the test of a material change of circumstances that warrants supervision.  Drug or alcohol addiction on the part of one of the parents, coupled with the children doing poorly as a result of the parenting regime, qualify as compelling reasons to vary a temporary Order.  (See for example, Shotton v.
